BioPersonality:
Quiet, conscientious and strangely erratic. Not a Death Eater, but a woman once involved in shady dealings. As such, Tamara is easily susceptible to blackmail and bribery. Largely dominated and ‘owned’ by the Malfoy family, she occasionally grows a spine, usually at the worst moments possible. She resents the position in which Lucius Malfoy places her, but feels paralysed to do anything. She seldom leaves the comfort zone of her office, and generally uses the senior hit wizards as proxies to carry out interdepartmental duties.
Biography:
Born in 1939 to Muggle parents, Tamara had a relatively ordinary upbringing. She attended Hogwarts in 1950, and was Sorted into Hufflepuff. After leaving Hogwarts, Tamara became increasingly drawn into her father’s rather dubious business practices, and eventually turned to the Ministry of Magic in order to get away into the Wizarding World. Unfortunately, her connections followed her, largely in the form of Enoch Malfoy, Lucius Malfoy’s father, who began a chain of blackmail that continues today.
After working for quite a few years in the Department of Magical Transportation, by virtue of her surprising mathematical budgeting and organisational talent she obtained the position of Departmental Head of the Hit Wizards following a scandal involving certain expenditures reaching figures fifteen times the funds allocated to the department. She remains there today, with almost as little idea about what goes on in the department as when she transferred in.
